  • Photos and generated videos: the face photos you upload, the videos produced from them, the topic you type, and associated technical metadata.

  • Billing records: purchase history, subscription status, and invoices. Payment card details are processed directly by compliant third-party payment gateways and are never stored on our servers.

3. Handling and Protection of Your Assets

Your uploaded photos are processed solely to render the videos you request.

  • Faces: Photos of people are sent to our AI video provider only to render your video. We do not build face templates, run facial recognition to identify anyone, or use your photos or videos to train AI models.
  • No sale or publication: We do not sell your original files or generated outputs, nor do we publish them without your explicit consent.
  • Third-party processing: To execute compute pipelines and storage, we work with third-party cloud providers bound by strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • De-identified metrics: Aggregated and anonymized performance data that cannot reasonably be linked to you or your files may be used to maintain and optimize the service.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information strictly to: operate and deliver core services, verify identity and credit balances, process payments, provide customer support, detect and prevent abuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve product performance.

5. Data Retention and Cleanup

  • Generated files: Stored according to the retention window of your active plan, after which they are scheduled for automatic deletion.
  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed, except where retention is required for legal, financial, or security compliance.

6. Third-Party Services

Operating the service involves third-party providers for cloud hosting, AI compute, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. Each provider accesses only the data strictly necessary for its function and is bound by confidentiality agreements.
